Directions from the North:
Take I-95 south to Benson, North Carolina then I-40 east to exit 398 (Highway 53 East). Travel
approximately 13 miles on Highway 53 east to Highway 50 south. Take Highway 50 south approximately 18 miles to the town of Holly Ridge. Continue to follow Highway 50 south approximately
5 more miles. You will cross the landmark "Swing Bridge" bringing you onto the island and into Surf City. Directions from the South:
Take US 17 North or US 74 East to Wilmington, then stay on US 17 North for approximately 30
miles until you come to the town of Holly Ridge. Turn right on Highway 50 south and continue for approximately 5 more miles. You will cross the landmark "Swing Bridge" bringing you onto the island and into Surf City.
