Third floor units feature a full-size loft as the second bedroom. There are 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a mini-sleeper-sofa in loft that will sleep two children. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee-maker. Wireless internet provides full connectivity. Also, to help you relax and enjoy this unit, there are 2 color tv's: one in den with DVD, and one in BR with VCR â€“ both TVâ€™s connected to basic cable. In addition, unit has central heat & A/C, ceiling fans, and deck furniture. Surf Condos have beautiful landscaping, pool, poolside gazebo and walkways to the beach. There are outside showers as you come off the beach. Enjoy "Surf" in Surf City, NC--you'll come back again & again! NO SMOKING/NO PETS. No phone. Linens are also provided by owner for the 3 queen beds, and need to be pre-ordered. (Pool is not guaranteed to be open before Memorial Day or after Labor Day.)
