Enjoy quiet mornings sipping coffee, afternoon lunch while the kids swim or relax and enjoy the evening breeze watching the sunset on the screened in covered porch. The deep water access with boat ramp and dock is perfect for boats and jet skis. The intercoastal water way is just around the corner. After a day in the sun, come into this newly decorated home to spend time with family and friends in the large open living room and kitchen - both fully equipped. The main floor provides privacy with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper), 2 full bathrooms and a stack washer and dryer. Each bedroom upstairs has a TV. The bonus room downstairs is perfect for kids of all ages. It includes: a queen size sofa sleeper, pryamid bunk beds (1 double bed, 1 twin bed), large bathroom, refrigerator, TV, air hockey/fooseball table and a full size washer/dryer.
