Brand new and luxurious, this 3BR, 31/2 bath second row townhouse is pet and child-friendly! Enjoy great views of the atlantic ocean from our three story, beautifully decorated home. Central A/C, cable TV, DVD/VCR, internet, fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, tile and berber floors, ceiling fans, large loft which overlooks the main living area. Home has 1K, 2Q, 1D, and 2Q sofa beds. Amenities include swimming pool, outdoor hot shower, covered parking, two ocean-facing decks, beach chairs and toys, and private beach access. No smoking allowed. Pets limited to one dog. No cats please. Complimentary linens during Peak & In Seasons only for weekly rentals.(Pool is not guaranteed to be open before Memorial Day or after Labor Day.)
