Located next to a wide undeveloped lot "@ the Tiki Bar" is a private get-a-way with a private pool, hot tub, outside bar for entertainment, private boat dock and ramp, screened porch, wrap-around-deck , 5-bedrooms (2 on the first floor) with 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 Twins, 2 sets of Bunk Beds, a Futon, and a cot. There are 2 livingrooms area so the kids can have their own area, expanded cable on all 7-TV's, 4-DVD players, 2-VCR's, high-speed wireless internet access, washer and dryer, enclosed outside showers, and plenty of parking. Bring the family and friends to help you enjoy a wonderful time in this unique location with the sound for a back drop and the unobstructed views of the ocean, you will have the best of both worlds. Put your boat in the water, watch a sports game from the hot tub, drink a cold beverage and listen to some tunes while sitting at the tiki bar, swim in the pool, watch the sunset over the intracoastal waterway from the 700 square feet of decking, build a bon fire and enjoy the hot tub under the stars. You will be sad to leave, and anxious to come back. Pets are okay with a $200 fee. Pool is closed November through March. Hot Tub requires an $80 activation fee in the Quiet and In Seasons.
