Two Queen Bedrooms and a hallway bathroom accompany the area on the entry level floor. No steps needed here, so it is perfect for the family or friends that need easy living! With sound side deck access to the pier/dock or outside living areas, the entry floor is sure to please!
Take the steps at the entry door to the upper floor and enjoy a larger living area, with seating for at least 15, where you can catch that favorite game on the big screen. With a fully stocked kitchen and enormous dining room table, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy a good meal. A smaller table is close by for the kids to enjoy a puzzle or board game! This floor offers a King Master Suite with an attached bathroom, A Queen Bedroom and A Full Bedroom, with a hallway bathroom to share. Take a stroll onto the enclosed porch and relax with a book on the daybed or kick back and enjoy the view.
The dock/pier and floating dock are shared with other family members on the small, private street. Your boat is welcome, however, there is no lift available.
There is a small sandy beach area on the sound for kids to play or kids and adults can take a swim in the sound from the pier.
The private beach access is only 200 steps from the front door and a short 200 yards to the ocean from the access.
2 dogs, no size limit, allowed with paid pet fee per dog. No Smoking or Vaping.
