The living room offers the perfect place to relax and unwind with a large sectional, tv with Roku, DVD player, movies, puzzles, games and books for all ages. Dining options include bar top stool seating for 4 and a dining table with room for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials: dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware, cookware, and smaller dishes/silverware for kids.
Just outside the top floor is a large deck with ample seating to enjoy those spectacular views of the intracoastal waterway. The top deck leads down to a smaller viewing deck, a larger deck on the ground floor and an open backyard.
