Seashell Sugar Cookies

These cookies look tricky to make but they are actually quite simple. Just make sure you have some cool cookie cutters in your preferred shapes. Here is a cute set you could try! 

If you haven't worked with Royal Icing before, you are in for a treat. It's so fun and satisfying to create beautiful cookies with this simple mixture of sugar and meringue powder. Add some food coloring if you want a colorful batch of seashell cookies, or just use various glitters and sprinkles.

The right combination of rustic fabrics (try burlap or linen), evergreen sprigs and a selection of your coastal finds can make you feel like you are enjoying your holiday meal just a few feet from the sea. Feel free to buy your seashells if you don't have table-worthy specimens on hand.
